In order not to answer them individually, we have collected frequently asked questions about DNNA products, and the answers to them can be found below.

One of the DNNA FAQ is how our products are manufactured. As many already know, our scented candles and scented sticks are made od 100 % natural materials. More precisely, from beeswax made by diligent bees, whose community we support in the Kopački Rita nature park. In addition, all the fragrance formulas were created in the most famous perfume making center Grasse, France, and were designed by perfumer Arnaud Fourré. Each fragrance consists of contrasting and specific notes that blend perfectly together. The appearance and packaging of our DNNA products has a recognizable design, but also a way of making them. Each scented candle vessel is unique and handmade from the highest quality Murano glass by blowing, heating and cooling techniques. In addition to the scent itself, in the production of DNNA scented candles and room sticks, design is of paramount importance.

Also, DNNA FAQ are related to the history of the idea for our exclusive products. The idea came from the desire to produce candles that will remind us of important life moments and the connection with nature. All our efforts are intertwined with tenderness, life experience and memories. That is why we often say that our scents create deep connections and memories because the sense of smell always takes us back to the times we remember.

DNNA FAQ often question environmental principles and the very sustainability of production. We will always insist on this and thoroughly develop existing and new products. We live in a time of awareness of the various harmful effects on the environment and humanity. Therefor, we pay more and more attention to our health, proper nutrition and enjoyment of precious moments. As we look after the world around us, we also look after ourselves. That is why we are very grateful to enrich our products only with natural ingredients.

These are authentic fragrances that you can enrich and refresh your interior, whether it is the privacy of your home or hotels, saunas, bars and restaurants. In personalized fragrances, which, like those existing ones, are produced in fragrant Grasse, France, you can choose the details according to your own preferences. Of course, you can enrich the interiors with existing combinations of Bergamot & Patchouli, Mango & Vanilla, Champagne & Strawberry, Amber & CBD and Wild Mint & Mimosa.

No, you do not need to register to buy our product.

If you want to return the product, you can do it within 14 days, but the product must not be used, opened or set on fire. Also, you must submit a unilateral termination of the contract you will find on our website, which contains more information about our return policy.

There are two shipping options: DHL for international shipping and DPD for Croatian buyers.

You can pay for the ordered products by using one of the following payment methods: credit or debit card — direct online payment using the following payment cards: Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Diners. Customers from the territory of the Republic of Croatia have, in addition to the possibility of payment by credit and debit cards, additional payment options:  payment on account — the information required for payment is sent to the e-mail address specified in the order, including the account number to which the payment of the order should be made by the customer. The customer can make a payment by using online banking or by making a payment at a bank branch, post office, FINA, etc. After receiving the customer’s payment, the ordered items are sent to the address specified in the order.

No problem, you can buy our product via payment slip and pay for the product at the bank or somewhere else. The confirmation of payment needs to be submitted to us in order for us to deliver the ordered product.

We accept all currencies. The agreed purchase price includes all taxes and duties and is expressed in Croatian kunas (HRK). Please note that the means of payment in the Republic of Croatia are kunas (HRK), and that the buyer must pay the cost of currency conversion which is based on the middle exchange rate specified on the day of product payment.

Customs duties and taxes of your country, if required.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery service within 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) upon receipt of payment of the purchase price, except when paying for the product by cash on delivery.

The product will be delivered to the customer on the territory of the Republic of Croatia within 8 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) from the delivery of the product to the delivery service, to the customer residing at an address within the European Union within 15 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) from the delivery of the product to the delivery service, to the customer residing at the address within the United States within 15 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) from the delivery of the product to the delivery service, and to the customer at the address within the territory of the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina within 15 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) from the delivery of the product to the delivery service.


Usually, the delivery for the Republic of Croatia is completed in 2 workdays and for EU countries within 3 workdays from the handover of the product to the delivery service. For other countries, the order is expected to arrive within 5 workdays but it depends on the customs in your country.

You can contact our company, we will make sure to check what the issue may be and solve it at our mutual convenience.

You need to contact us and file a complaint with attached photos of the damage if the product was not used, opened or set on fire. You can return the product within 14 days.

You can contact us and cancel the order. Following the cancellation of your previous order, you can order the desired product again through our webshop.

Our products contain fragrance formulas designed in the famous perfume creation centre in Grasse, France by perfumer Arnaud Fourré . Each fragrance is composed of contrasting and characterful notes, which work perfectly together. We give great importance to product composition: the candles are made out of 100% natural wax made by bees from the Kopački Rit nature park in Croatia, and they emit negative ions in order to purify, clean and improve air quality.  Each of our candle vessels is unique and made out of the highest quality Murano glass: handmade, blown, heated and cooled, personalized and signed by the master glassmaker Stefano Mattiello. We have made sure to be extra careful in the realisation of this whole process in order to create the perfect packaging for our candles and room sticks but also, in order to create elegant accessories to the interior. We want our design and fragrances to convey our message, reminding us of fragility, but also, to encourage people to never give up. Every effort requires relaxation, every injury needs healing, and every stress must be released — that is exactly what our products are for!

For your safety, once lit, the scented candles can burn for a maximum of 2 hours. Every time the scented candles are lit, the wick should be trimmed to 0.5 cm so the scented candle could burn properly. Following that, you can take the scented candle and place it in a horizontal position on a flat surface, so that it can be lit with matchlights. Do not place the candle on a polished, varnished or painted surface, on electrical equipment, near or above sources of heat or somewhere where the flame can be exposed to air currents. Never light the candle on or near flammable materials. Keep the burning candles away from children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Make sure that the melted wax does not come into contact with matches and that it is free of other debris in order to avoid flames. The candle is extinguished by lightly covering the top of the jar with a metal ball.

You can put the fragrance, which is included in the box, in the room stick jar. After that, you can put the metal ball on top of the jar and put a stick through it.

The delivery service (DHL or DPD) will send you a tracking code via e-mail or they will send you a text message. In addition to that, you can always contact our company and we will be happy to send you the tracking code for your package.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, your order is probably not visible on our webshop, so you can contact our company or make another order.

The shipping cost depends on the shipping zone of your country. We cover the shipping cost for all countries worldwide, excluding the customs costs and taxes of each country.
